Three years ago we tasted and reviewed the 2013 Rioja Reserva from Bodegas Manzanos and it was a stunner for $9.99 that we rated 91 points.
So we had high hopes when we came across this non-vintage, "5th Generation" Rioja that had a hefty discount, $10 off the $19.99 regular price. So like the previous bottle we reviewed, this one lands in your cart for only $9.99.

Searching online we see the wine priced between $35-$50 so Costco’s regular price is already amazing. The discount really sends it over the top.
The wine is ruby red on the pour with a nose of red berries and spice; it is medium in body with flavors of sour cherry, raspberry, and a hint of cranberry; super dry throughout, integrated tannins, elegant mouthfeel, and it settled in even better on day two.

This is a solid choice and a fantastic buy for only $10. 89 points from us.

You did not mention type of grape(s), vintage, nor classification. Re: classification, I did not spot crianza, reserva, nor gran reserva - just spotted red wine in the far right of rear label. So likely a table wine. If it does not convey a vintage, grapes are most likely from more than one vintage (and those wines are typically sent to third world countries).

Wow! What a great wine. What a bargain price. Please buy every wine bottle on the vineyard for Costco customers. Hell, just buy all the grapes and sell those too. Thank you.
