It's great seeing wines from Stags' Leap Winery hit Costco, and this Sauvignon Blanc marks a nice new addition to the lineup.
Just over a month ago, we reviewed their Petite Sirah, which was fantastic and a wine that we hadn't seen at Costco in a while. Hopefully the return of that bottle, along with this Sauvignon Blanc means we have more to look forward to.

Costco's price is great too, $23.99 versus a retail price of around $35. 93 points from Suckling for this bottle (we thoroughly enjoyed it, but that might be a bit high).
Getting into the wine, it pours a pale to medium gold in the glass with aromas of citrus fruit; medium in body with nice minerality; flavors of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and orange; good dose of acidity but restrained, light oak in the finish. A delicious wine and a real summer treat.

We have always enjoyed wines from Stags Leap (many different producers). It's a great area to visit if you're traveling to Napa, and Stags' Leap Winery is a good choice too that we were fortunate enough to visit a few years back.
Let's hope we continue to see more of their wines grace Costco shelves in the future.
