It's been a long time since we've reviewed the A to Z Pinot Noir, which is a fairly regular bottle at Costco, at least near us. So it was time to revisit it for a fresh review.
The price ten years ago was $15.99 at Costco, and it's nice to see it only increase $1 to $16.99 over that time. Online you'll see it go for north of $20, so Costco's price looks like the best around.
Wine Enthusiast gave the prior vintage 90 points, and in poking around online we saw several 90 point ratings for this wine over the years. The wine is a blend of fruit from more than 15 different vineyards across Oregon.
Lots to like here right off the bat; red berry fruit on the nose; nice mouthfeel with integrated tannins, good acidity, medium body; flavors of raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate; light spice, touch of vanilla, good finish.
It's not easy finding good Pinot Noir under $20 but this one fits the bill. We're going a solid 89 points.

A to Z owns Rex Hill which produces some wonderful higher end Pinots. My local brick & mortar has the A to Z Pinot for $17.99.
