Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of 2018 was just announced. This is the editors’ annual list of the wines they enjoyed the most throughout the year.
You’ll see a lot of different wines representing regions all over the world, and at various price points.
We went through the list and called out some of the wines from the list that we’ve seen at Costco stores near us.
Some of these may be different vintages, but it’s worth keeping an eye out if you’re interested. Be sure to dig around the bins and see if there are different vintages available. I recently found three different vintages of the same wine in the same bin.
#18 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape (our review of the '14 vintage)
#27 Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley
#50 The Four Graces Pinot Noir Willamette Valley (our review of the '13 vintage)
#53 Sequoia Grove Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
#68 Louis Jadot Bourgogne
#78 Landmark Chardonnay Sonoma County Overlook
#80 Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley (our review of the '13 vintage)
#82 Pendulum Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
Are there any others from the list that you’ve seen at your local Costco? Please let us know in the comments below or on the Costco Wine Blog forums.

Will Kirkland Chianti (100% Sangiovese) be available before Christmas?
Will such be available in 2019 also?
Editor says
Hi Joe, looking back historically on the Kirkland Chianti, it looks like more of an April/May thing. We are independent of Costco so we don't know for sure, but I would guess, based on history, that we are still 3-4 months away from that one hitting stores. The next one will be the 2015 vintage. I'm looking forward to trying it as well. Here's our last write up on the '14.
