The wine world can be intimidating at first. It was for me just a handful of years ago. But by creating this site and continually trying a range of new wines, I’ve come to expand my palate and my tastes a fair amount. But it’s a long journey and that’s why I find it, as many of you likely do too, to be a lot of fun. French wines have also been a favorite and I wrote this short Kindle book (Decoding French Wine: A Beginner’s Guide to Enjoying the Fruits of the French Terroir) to help others understand and explore the great wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Rhone. I wrote it to be easy to digest and not too overbearing as so many other books seem to be. This is a quick hit and should provide a foundation from which to explore. It’s only $0.99 (lowest price Amazon allows). Let me know what you think (editor@costcowineblog.com). — Editor |
