Here comes the Kirkland Cotes de Provence Rosé right on schedule before the summer months are upon us. A good time for Rosé, as is most anytime really.
This 2025 vintage shares quite a bit in common with the 2024 vintage. The main outlier is the price which came up $1 to $8.99, still a good deal for Rosé from this region.

The varietal makeup is similar to the prior vintage as well, coming in at 39% Grenache, 26% Cinsault, 18% Syrah and 17% Vermentino. In the past this wine has included smaller parts of Carignan, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc, but looks like it's finding some consistency.
And the winemaker, Olivier Sumeire, is the same once again.
Going back to the very first 2016 vintage, you can see below that we've landed in the 89-90 point for every vintage.

Getting into this new vintage, it pours a light salmon color in the glass; aromas of red fruit, citrus and white flowers; light to medium in body with nice acidity; red berry fruit, strawberry, white peach, and pear flavors; creamy mid palate, crisp finish.

Another tasty Rosé that remains a solid buy even with the small price increase. This is a summer treat we look forward to enjoying many more times this year.
