2009 Chateau de Macard Bordeaux Superieur

I've had a few of the 2009 Bordeaux now, and have found these entry priced bottles to be just ok. This one was $8.99 at my Costco and I really couldn't get into it.  There's a dampness, and flatness to the wine that just doesn't make for an exciting drink.  It's also possible I got a bad bottle so I'm not going to give this one a rating unless I see it at Costco again.

Either way, I think it's worth going up market a bit more ($5-$10) with these 2009 Bordeaux, particularly the ones from Bordeaux Superieur;  you get a lot more for just a little more money.
